Robyn and Frank have carnal desires

It is an early start and we meat our guide at 0645 for a tour of the Smithfield Meat Market which is just around the corner from our digs. The market runs from 1am to about 7am every morning and is retail as well as wholesale. During the tour we chat with a number of the "colourful" traders who seem to be very good natured.

The tour finishes with a traditional English breakfast,I'm afraid.
We then head off for a tour of the postal museum which includes a ride on the miniature underground railway which used to carry 4 million letters a day across London.
In the evening we are booked in to the iconic St John restaurant, famous for nose to tail eating. This turned out to be somewhat of a disappointment-very good entrees and desserts but crap main courses; service was also appalling.
Classic roast bone marrow-yummy++++

The highlight of the evening was spying one of the stars from Game of Thrones across the room
