The Hofmanns have a whale of a time we are absolutely cetacean

Call me Fishmeal. Today we are travelling by catamaran to do some serious whale watching along with about 100 other tourists. Following a typical Norwegian breakfast of polar bear fur souffle we leave in the dark and cold

and travel for about 2 hours where we are issued with harpoons. The captain

nails a Kronner to the mast and promises it to the first to sight the legendary white whale.

We never see the fabled beast but see at a distance some orcas, which to  be perfectly fair was somewhat underwhelming.

On the return trip

Captain Ahab reassures us that we actually did have an absolutely wonderful time.
